Walmart. I know you might think it's funny and so do I but Walmart has ipods.

Try ebay. Be careful to check out the seller's feedback. Ask friends if someone they know is selling one (maybe to upgrade) or try calling pawn shops in your area. Leave your name for a callback if one should come in.
With their popularity, it won;t be easy to get a cheap one. Consider another brand that does the same thing, but is less expensive. Good luck, hope you find one.
