it's to pay a restitution that i have been paying on. the amount of it was 50,000 , and now i'm at $8,904.25 now

Well, if (IF) you are legit, this isn't the forum to be trying to get a loan. With all the internet scams going around these days, anybody would have to be totally crazy, loony, nuts, certifiable to send you any money. If you really need a loan you need to go to a legitimate, local source, like a loan shark or something.

If your not working could you serve the time for the balance? Otherwise I would go and see if they can lower the payments. I would think they would be willing to work with you, you have paid a huge chunk already.
