I am having this baby. My boyfriend and i both agree that we want the baby N0 abortions and N0 adopting!!!

well they will know shortly, so it is not gonna be too hard to tell them when you realize that they will catch on if you do not tell them....u need all the support you can get at this point so i have to tell you to sit down with your G-pa first and explain the situation...then sit down with your bf and his parents and do the same thing....it will be hard, but it is time to grow up and stare this right in the face... there is no way around it and no easy way....you are in route to be a mother and you need to start learning both the consequences of your actions and the responsibilty of an adult....you can do it! many have before you and many more will after you....work hard and dont ever give up!
to musk and chopperscott...both of you have no idea what you are talking about as many teenage mothers have babys and just bc it will be hard does not mean it is not worth it or can be easily solved with an abortion.....if she chooses an abortion, and i am fine with that (i am not pro choice or pro life....it is not my business) then she needs good reasons why and not comments as immature and more thought out than yours....please save us a minute of our lives and no longer post on yahoo answers...u do this service a great diservice..

u can try talking to a friend's mother that u trust or maybe some other adult like a counselor or teacher. they could talk to ur g-pa for u or just be there for moral support. have u told ur bf? maybe both of u could confront ur families together. don't think that u're alone cause ur not. ignore all those ppl who said get an abortion; they're insensitive jerks. DON'T get an abortion because it's not that poor baby's fault. u'll regret it for the rest of ur life. if u really don't want the child or want him to have a better life, pls consider adoption. nowadays, u can still be in ur baby's life if that's what u want. it's called open adoption. best of luck and my thoughts and prayers are with u. if u need someone to talk to e-mail me ok.

Well, if you plan on telling them in writing, I'd suggest that you use traditional capitalization conventions.
Perhaps you and your boyfriend should just sit down with all the parental units and tell them that there's a baby coming and that the two of you have a plan to support yourselves and the baby (hopefully you do!) If you're 18 you are an adult and there's not much they can say about it.

If you thought that you were responsible enough to have unprotected sex than be responsible enough to tell everyone. What can they do? Be disappointed? I was 19 and married when I had my daughter. Do you realize what a full time job being a mother is. There is also adoption, a lot of people want kids who can't have them.

I know it will be hard, but your going to have to tell them soon, because u will be showing pretty soon. Better to tell them yourself then for them to have to find out from someone else. And please whatever you do, DON'T get an abortion. If you feel you can not raise this child or are not fit to, then please give the child up for adoption. Abortion is so wrong, there are so many women out there who can't conceive and would love a child. GOOD LUCK!

and then you have to decide to either keep the baby or not
it also depends how old are you? if you like14-17 you shouldnt be having a baby because your not old enough to take care of it.
try getting an abortion because theres no way you and your boyfriend are going to be able to take care of the baby.

The way you wrote the question makes it look like you are very young, possibly late teens/early twenties. Try telling your parents first, they can help you conquer the grandparents.
