Why when I urinate does it burn. (the outside area) I have no other symptons. Just burning of out side.?

I don't think it is and s.t.d. but not sure no other symptons of one.

it could be either a urinary tract infection, or a yeast infection

See your G.P. You could have a urinary infestion or vulval candida (yeast)
