What are your suggestions to avoid a painful experience of sex or in other words how can you feel less pain? What should be the care from your man's side?

the first 2 or 3 times is really bad. It feels like your being pulled apart. After that - pain is most likely from a well endowed guy that is pushing up against your cervix. It feels sore afterwards, but the actual hole is fine. It returns to it's normal size pretty quickly. But the cervix being beaten around takes a little longer to feel better. I have popped pain relivers after sex to help me fall asleep.

But if your under 6 inches, pound away, not much to worry about.

Also - need to take the size of the girl into consideration. A "hard taco" probably can't handle as much as a "soft shell".

Either the guy is packing (a little too much wood)
The pumpum is tiny (the guy is normal size, she's not)
Tilted cervix (a malformation)
Position is awkward (self explanatory)
She's pretending (to make you feel you da man!)

Seriously, though , sex was ALWAYS painful to me! I found it less painful when I lay on my side and hubby entered from behind.

Or missionary with her on top controlling the depth. Or missionary with you being extremely gentle, slowl and don't go deep (be aware that this could make YOU climax quickly)

Perhaps the first time *might* be painful if she hasn't broken her hymen yet (some women's hymens are broken before they have sex for the first time... from a number of things like riding horses or sports, etc.)... but it shouldn't hurt after that. A good way to prevent pain is to make sure that a woman is adequately aroused before penetration. It is a good rule of thumb to make sure that you've given her enough time to 'warm up'. Many women prefer oral sex (and an orgasm!) BEFORE penetration. Unfortunately many men get their sexual education from pornographic material that is geared towards what men like... not what actually works to satisfy a woman. Every man should have to know what and where a clitoris is (and what to do to it) BEFORE even attempting to bed a woman. :o)

There is pain for the first few times you have sex, after that if she is still feeling pain its because you need to get her ready instead of just charging in. Its called foreplay!!

sex without pain is no sex at all
sometimes the girls fake it to make the boys feel good

This is a sign of a possible serious medical condition and should be checked by a doctor.

KY Jelly OR better foreplay. Some men are really good at foreplay then there are those that could use practice
