We are all creatures of this planet, I just gets me when I see the news and people are complaning 'Oh theres a wild animal in my backyard!' Maybe it is them who are in the animals backyard! Just like 'Agent Smith' said in the 'Matrix' Humans are like the Virus of this planet, we spread and take over an area, and when that area is exhausted, we move on. At the rate things are going, either pollution, corruption or destruction will level the playfield again!

We are just the most evolved parasite on the planet I'm afraid. We are no less primitive because of our 'so called' intelligence.
I have a theory that all the really nasty diseases which occur to the human race (like the plague or aids) are the planets way of trying to get rid of it's fleas! It doesn't choose to smite individuals, it's just trying to scratch an itch caused by our sucking at it's essence.
Not all the animals which have become extinct have done so because of human encroachment, the dinosaurs didn't get hunted to extinction! And you must admit that there would be far fewer chickens, cows etc on the planet if it weren't for humans eating them. Domestic animals only evolved because mankind gave them shelter in his camps (of course for his own purpose!). Do you think all the farm animals and pets which exist because we utilize them for our own needs wish they had never been born?

Humans are not intruders on the animal world, we're animals too. Except we've got a bit above ourselves.

Humans have been terrible to the animals. They are running out of living space more and more every day.....all for human greed. I always say... people are the least intelligent of the animals really.

All the animals that have become extinct or endangered as a result of loss of habitat due to humans encroaching on their territory!
