Eugenics is a POLITICAL movement.

Dysgenics was also a political movement, founded by Shockley, co-inventor of the transistor and a few other Nazi-sympathisers.

I dated Shockley's niece. If I were to choose what characteristics should go, that family would be pretty high on the list for "improvement or removal".

WHO CHOOSES WHICH ARE THE MOST "DESIRABLE" GENETIC TRAITS, AND WHAT QUALITIES OF THE "UNDESIRABLE" TRAITS ARE AT THIS TIME NOT FULLY UNDERSTOOD, BUT ARE SOMEHOW NECESSARY..

No because it is pseudo-science, not real science. First there is the problem of really understanding what genes do, though scientists have isolated some they admit they know very little. Then there is the argument on how we actually improve the human being. Is physique more important that brains? And if the aim is to only have perfect specimens what should happen to those struck down in later life by accidents or genetic mutations which are unavoidable?

It is corrupt science, which is no science at all. And anything "eugenic" is a purely political movement of a fascist nature.

The problem is the possibility for corruption within the movement. What criteria are you going to use to decide who gets to have babies and who doesn't?
