Due to USPAP (the professional ethics that appraisers are required by law to follow), appraisals and any information contained within the appraisal (including value) are to be kept stictly confidential. The only individual/entity that an appraiser can disclose this information to is their client and only their client. Sorry, a website like the one you are looking for does not exist.

If you are a borrower looking for a copy for the appraisal for your property, you will have to request a copy through your lender. An appraiser would not be able to release a copy to you because you did not directly engage them for the appraisal...the bank is the appraiser's client and is the only one who can receive copies of the appraisal. Once the bank has copies of the appraisal, they can do with them what they will (including give a copy to the borrower).
