You would have to open it in word, then either copy and paste it into a program like paint or adobe photoshop. I use MGI. Then, you could save it as a jpg. Or you could take a screen picture from your Picture program. I do this often. and of course then save it as jpg.

hit the print screen button. it's right next to "f12" at the top.
go into any software that allows one to edit photos. microsoft paint would even do it.
-open a new document. select a relatively accurate size of canvas, and paste it in. simple.
save it as a jpeg.

If you have a Mac, you can save it as a .pdf file using your printer driver. Hit "print" then "PDF". Then open the .pdf file with Preview and save as .jpg.
With a PC you probably have to buy special software.
