There is a product called Nioxin that helps your hair grow back faster. Also, taking coral calcium supplements helps to speed up hair AND nail growth. Extensions being put in your hair also makes it grow faster for some reason. I would say put some extensions in if you can afford it. Sally's Beauty Supply has real hair extensions for around 70$, in all different colors, and they blend really well. Another thing to try is Biotin. It is an herbal supplement that thousands of people use for hair growth. Good luck with growing your hair out! I hope I helped!

This is simple, but just great:

With depilatory cream (I highly recommend "Veet" ), very carefully apply it as a moustache. Looks funny, but it's the way to do it, so just do it! ;) Anyway, after waiting the required time, use the little scraper or whatever it's called and of course scrape off the cream. And after that, just simply apply face lotion to help your skin "calm down" and for the red to disappear. *rolls eyes at how long I took -lol*

Hope this helped and... good luck? ;)

P.S. It takes about two weeks before my upper lip hair grows completely back- don't know about you though.

Permanent & Temporary Hair Removal Methods:
http://www.hairfacts.com/methods.html

In my opinion, if you can't go for permanent hair removal such as Electrolysis (one of the best options), then waxing (done with wax specifically meant for the face) or threading are the best options for Temporary Hair Removal.

Always remember the following to avoid or treat any reactions- most of this will apply to any type of hair removal:

Both shaving and waxing, as well as other methods of hair removal, can cause ingrown hairs and other skin irritations.

"Some physicians do not recommend hair waxing for people suffering from diabetes or who have varicose veins or poor circulation as they are more susceptible to infection.
Users of Retin-A, Renova, Differin or Accutane are advised not to use hair waxing on the face as these medications tend to weaken the skin and tearing of the skin may occur when the wax is removed." -DON'T use lotions, oils, or anything with fragrance on the area for about 24hrs or more. Those kinds of things are one of the biggest causes of ingrown hairs, bc once you've shaved or waxed, especially when you've waxed, your pores stay open for awhile and those products tend to clog and/or irritate the pores, causing the new hair growth to go in the wrong direction - into your skin.
-Instead of lotions, oils, or fragranced products, use a fragrance free, cooling aloe vera gel, immediately after waxing and for a few days more.
-Be sure that the area being waxed or shaven is clean.
-Apply a bit of baby powder to the area being waxed to keep the wax from sticking to your skin as much.
- There are also special creams/gels that you can purchase at your local drug/beauty supply store that help prevent ingrown hair that you can use afterwards.
-The next few times you shower, use a loofah to exfoliate the area, this keeps things from clogging your pores and also helps keep your skin from growing over the open pores.

-Now, you may still get ingrown hairs, there are also creams/gels for treatment of ingrown hairs that you can also find at drug/beauty supply stores.
-Another thing you can do is use sharp tweezers to carefully remove the thin layer of skin from on top of the ingrown hair, once you've done that, you should be able to pluck the ingrown hair easily, afterwards, apply a little of the fragrance-free cooling aloe vera gel to calm the area. Removing the ingrown hair with tweezers should be done as soon as you notice it, otherwise the layer of skin over the hair may become too thick.

I love the Skin So Soft depilatory cream from Avon. It leaves my skin feeling SO soft, and I only have to use it about once every week and a half to two weeks. The best part about it is that it doesn't irritate my skin.

wax it!
at first it will hurt but you'll get used to it.
and waxing makes hair lighter and come back longer with the more you wax.
