My first car: 1977 Impala= bought with 82k drove till 134k (4 years)
My second car: 1986 Buick Century= bought with 88k drove till 138k (4 years)
My current vehicle: 1993 GMC Safari= bought with 149k, and still running with 196k. (owned since 2002)
Why are GM vehicles the best sought after demolition derby vehicles? I dont need to answer that question because the proof is right here in this post.

GM's future is uncertain at the moment. They are ahead of schedule in their turn around plan, but have a long way to go. I think they will survive.
BTW, they build BETTER cars than Nissan. Check out the latest JD Powers numbers!

no, i hope so; I don't like to see people unemployed. My dad had an oldsmobile and it was unsafe and didnt last long and GM has a history of making unsafe & not very long lasting cars.
