This bank thinks nothing of its customers only about Profit

I phoned them every 5 minutes from 10am till 5pm and they hung up on me every time,for this they will pay

I don't have any bank accounts at all.... Don't trust any of them and I used to work in banking!!!!!!

Lloyds tsb are the same. profit only. My b/friend missed a £3 rspca direct debit, the bank charged him £35!

Nah, the halifax is by far the worst.
They charge like a wounded rhyno. Repeatedly. For the same thing.

I was short of £2.83 for a direct debit, they charged me £38 without even telling me about it! I went in and told them what i thought and they gave me my money back!

If you are unhappy with them then follow their formal complaints procedure and also move your account(s) to another bank.
