Look in as many craft stores as you can. Art supply stores probably won't carry something that large. Try lumberyards and hardware stores (Like Home Depot) as well. They've generally got what you're looking for there.

Green floral foam (I'm not sure of the company we order it from) comes in 3ftx9ftx6inch sheets. look it up on the net. you have to foam them together and then you can carve. If you lived nearby I could get you some scraps.

buy pink foam and glue them together, or foam mattresses, or other foam but my guess is that you will have to laminate.
