I've been to different beaches and never see anyone. Is it possible to become darker or sunburned? Can you notice a sunburn?

well black people can't tan because their skin is already dark enough so it cant get darker. woot i hope i'm best answer

they have enough melanin in their skin. they dont need to be darker
