They have lived together for about three years. He and I share a daughter and I have full custody, anyway when my daughter visits the girlfriend send me typed three page letters home. Telling me stupid ****. I don't think my ex knows. my sister says the letters should make me mad, but I just laugh them off. What should I do to stop the letters?

You should tell your ex what she is doing every time that your daughter go's over there to visit, you should let him know that if this bull **** does not stop that you will go to court and have his visitation rights banned! You have the letters to prove that his girlfriend is giving hell every time your daughter go's over there to visit! Maybe that will open up his eyes about his girlfriend!
Good Luck!!!!

HOW SAD!!! LMFAO!!! she actually took the time out to type all this??? is she angry because your daughter gets the attention while she is at her dad's house(three cheers for him being a loving father if this is the case)?? how is the whole visitation thing working, is he being reasonable? the reason i ask is this, if you hand off the custody with the two of you present. Always ask your daughter in front of him if she has any letters on her. And if she does to give them to her daddy. This behavior is harmful to your daughter, not to mention completely idiotic on the dumb girlfriend's part. and i hope you saved a copy of the letters you do have. Make sure there is a clause in your visitation and custody rights that prohibit either party or living co habitants to speak ill of the other parent, or write negative remarks about the other parent in the presence of the child. (using the child as a courier also counts!)
if it turns out the father knows about this, contact your attorney immediately.

Make 2 copies, give 1 to your ex and 1 to your attorney and explain you would like this to stop. Or you can give the letter back yourself and tell her where to put it but...still make your ex aware that she is writting them.

Hand them over to your ex. Let him deal with them. But tell him his new live in shouldn't be using your daugther to send you her nasty letters as you hand them to him. I'ts good you can laugh it off. Not sure I could do that.
