the best way i have found and i do this all the time is to spray it with WD40 let it soak in for a few minutes and it will come right off or if they are the plastic vinyl stickers get a cornor up and spray wait a few seconds pull up till it stops and repete till it comes off the WD will also clean off the excess glue left behind there is alos gum out etc but I have yet to find anything that does it better than WD40

Peel what you can off and use denatured alcohol to remove the rest of the adhesive. I used it recently to remove some adhesive that WD40 would not take off after 10 minutes of hard rubbing. It was gone in less than 30 seconds with the denatured alcohol..

First peel off the sticker as carefully as possible, but of course you will still have that under part of the sticker and all the goo, then rub off the remainder of the sticker with rubbing alcohol.

I have used a hair dryer. Use it about 4 to 6 inches from the sticker, use a plastic item to lift the sticker from one of the edges, carefully, then gently pull the sticker from the boat. Use a ton of PATIENCE !!!

Use a hair dryer, dental floss, and some goo gone to get rid of the leftover adhesive.

Mineral oil. It won't damage it, but it will loosen the glue. You have to peel it slowly...and drop mineral oil under it as you lift it off.
