Make sure he is drinking enough water in this heat. And try a bit of mineral oil- maybe a 60 cc syringe full down the throat.

While this can be nothing to worry about, you do have to worry about bloat, something which can potentially be fatal. We used to have bummer lambs that would have the same thing happen to them and most of the time it was because we were mixing their milk to thick. If you are bottle feeding, dilute the milk a little bit and add a little veggie oil (helps flush things out), and gross though it may be, warm water enimas work too. Call your local vet if it doesn't clear up soon, and ask if they recommend a laxative (another thing you can try in low dose). Hope things work out for you. Good Luck!
