Who is a famous person you have met ?

Tell me about a famous that you have met or seen in person and where you met or viewed them. I saw Michael Douglas in Montana and I met Bridget Fonda when I was a kid in Yellowstone Park. Pete Rose in Vegas... etc.

I met George Clooney at the Denver International Airport. We were laughing together about being searched by security.
I also saw Brad Pitt @ DIA, he was sorta disguised and with a guy friend. They both looked SO hot in person.
-...Oh yeah I also met Tony Hawk back in 1992 @ a skate park in Iowa, He was super cool and lotsa fun. I also met Willie Santos the same day. Also, Ive met a ton of Pro snowboarders in Colorado while snowboarding, too many to list, but they are amazing riders!

Ben Affleck- He was filming Forces of Nature with Sandra Bullock. At the time I was living in Savannah Ga.

A few people (young girls mostly) were crowded around him to get his autograph. I had never seen Armagedon (sp?) at that time, and had only heard of him.

After the crowd thinned down he approached ME and asked ME if I wanted his autograph. (I guess because I was just standing there) I told him I had no pen. He looked confused. I heard he was from Boston, and so I asked him if he was.

"Yes, grew up there, that must be where you are from"?
"Actually", I said, "I'm from Lowell Ma".
"Sure, ok, we filmed School Ties there" said Ben
"Funny, I really liked that movie, but I don't remember you being in it for some reason" I told him
"yeah, well I was" he said before giving a heavy sigh and abruptly walking away

I came to find out later that he played a very small role in School Ties, but I still managaed to hurt his feelings somehow.

I thought that he was pompass and arogant. I later started a "Ben Affleck is a dou$#e bag" fan site, which no longer exists.

I tend to have bad luck w/celeb sitings, 2 in paticular.
1. Marshall Faulk, when he was the Colts superstar, he was being cocky and said "That girl don't know who I am" coz he was being all demanding at the place I was working, So I smiled really big and said" Oh my god! Your right! Your that basketball player right?!" Yeah, he got up and left. Lost the tip, but the look on his face was worth it- he was such an ***!

2.Jared Leto- I went to see a concert and 30 secs was the opening act, after their set this guy behind me asked me what I thought of the show-I told him I thought it sucked and I was waiting for the headliner-turned around yep lead singer-Jared Leto.

I met Joe Namath once at a party and Stephen Stills from CSN&Y came to my english class in college. I met Hank Williams Jr. at a convienance store in Jay, FL and he bought is a 6 pack!

Will Ferrell. At a party a few years back when he was on SNL. His girl pal and I got chatting, she thought I was hysterical and called him over.. "Will, Will, you have to meet this chick..." then she turned to me and was all like "do that thing again? that voice, do it". He and I just looked at each other in a very awkard moment and he said "How about you just give me a hug!" So, I did. His hawaiian shirt was sweaty, but I didn't care. Good times.

And Dave Foley and I did shots of Tequila together. Also good times!
