No, all whales are endangered species, as listed by the CITES convention thus you can't keep one as a pet unless you have a permit. (and lots of money)

The best way to have a whale as a pet is to addopt one and let it live in the ocean. they will send you pictures as well.

um ya if you have a way to get ova ther and hide a HUGE whale from ummm pretty much everyone unless you prefer going to jail!
