Yes it is ok for leopard geckos to eat their skin after they shed. Its actually healty for them. Don't worry about it.

yes nearly all lizards eat thier skin sheading putts great strain in thier nutrient and protien reaserves eating the skin replenishes some of that. If several weeks pass and there is still shed skin that he has not eaten you should remove it it will rot and breed bacteria after a while but normally they eat it before that happens.

I don't know about leopard geckos but i had anoles and they did that. They were fine

Yes it is good for them! Good protein, calcium............sometimes they need help getting it off of their faces so they can breathe but other than that, you should just let them be when shedding! It'll all happen on their own!

Yes. It is a good souce of protein. Try it. With cheese and garlic. I also eat like that with snakes
