ok strolling and yoga are great. you should possibly take yoga early interior the morning at 6-7 am for a one million/2 and hour and then possibly decide for a jog for 15 min. and you'd be able to get fit and extra healthful.

Jogging builds your aerobic capacity and burns those calories. Yoga is for all around health. Strength, flexibility, control, etc. It is believed that it also benefits inner organs and keeps a person fit into old age.

I bet the best thing for your body would be to do both. Jogging is aerobic and yoga is relaxing.

All three:

Exercise is for the "stability of your body" as in strength and endurance.
Jogging is mostly for the strenth of your legs and the more you do it the more your body can take.
Yoga is more like a relaxed exercise..that lengthens your body and tones ur muscles.
I say try all three but the most important are exercise and yoga put together...and eat fruits and vegetables. ;)

apples and oranges!!!!!

Instead of a comparison of 2 radically different activities, each with advantages of their own, you might consider doing BOTH in moderation.

Jogging for cardiovascular conditioning, endurance, and weight control. Yoga for flexibility, muscle control, coordination, and relaxation.
