Rubber ducky down?

Question

I just made a pillow from rubber ducky down collected at what i beleive to be the last Rubber ducky ranch and day spa around. Why is my pillow lumpy? what did i do wrong?

Ok, this is the proper way of extracting the purest and most fine down from a Rubber Ducky. Your tools will consist of tweezers you get from one of them Swiss Army Knives. You will also need duck tape and a tall glass of water. Lay said Ducky on it's back, tape it to counter top or kitchen table. Now with the S.A.K. tweezers very gently pluck, one by one the itty bitty downy hairs from it's nose. Place into pillowcase of your choosing, I prefer silk cases with Camo design. You can do whatever you want with the tall glass of water what the heck do I care. shhhhh I hear someone coming............akkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!

Rubber ducky down must be put through a pencil sharpener before placed in a pillow. Darn! It makes me sad to see all those wonderful ranches gone like that.

See, this is why I always pay a little extra and buy the premade rubberducky-down pillow forms, and just make my own covers and pillow slips. Sure, you look down your nose at me for "cheating", but I'm not claiming to have 100% homemade pillows. I just wanted to make sure they match the custom bedding.

Did you wash it? I find that washing it in pure chicken's milk is the only thing that will do! You should also comb it out with a hen's tooth brush.

you should have used the underbelly of the ducky.. shave it with vegetable peeler.. everyone knows that.
