Why do some ignorant people think that black africans have the same kind of hair? I mean 95% of People from eritrea, Somalia, djibouti, and ethiopia have the soft hair like asian's hair. All these countries are in Africa. Maybe they have never seen people from those country.

Those countries are in east of Africa. Most of the people captured as slaves came from the west of Africa. Most African Americans are from west of africa, that is why they have the kind of hair they have.

because people in American know nothing about other cultures and think what goes on America, or in their little town is what its like EVERYWHERE

Most of the people captured as slaves came from the same region, so a majority of african americans would be descended from them and would have the same genetics for hair.
But most doesn't mean all, and there are exceptions to every rule.

People really only know what they are exposed to, so if they have no experience with other physiological types then they are unaware they exist. I would not worry about it. People all over the world have misconceptions about other people. No big deal, it makes it fun when you learn something new and unexpected. I am always delighted when I learn a stereotype-busting fact like hair texture variation.

maybe because the majority of people dont know any eritreans, somalians, or ethiopians
and that isnt their fault, either
lots of people only really know african americans and dont think about how their hair looks
plus - i knew a girl from ethiopia/eritrea and she didnt have straight/silky hair
so lots of people just dont know

Because a lot of African people do have hair that is difficult to manage. I believe it's common. I've been around lots of African people and they all complain about it making it sound like it's pretty normal. I dunno if that's so ignorant.
