i have to make a map for antarctica.
and i hav to put a compass rose too, but i dont know which side is north.
can someone help me?

Every direction away from the South Pole is North.

South on the compass rose needs to point south. So anywhere away from the very South Pole you point the south on the rose at the South Pole. At the South Pole you can take 3 approaches. You don't put one there becauase it doesn't make sense. You put a rose at the South Pole put put north on every point. You put a rose at the South Pole and have north point at "grid north".

I'd either make the side pointing toward South America north, as it extends further north than any other portion of the continent, or make the side pointing along the Prime Meridian at 0° longitude.
