on my face,pubic, lower leg, it itch me very strongly what is your comment?

Go to Walgreens and get Aveeno cream

Not sure but it sounds like a rash that some cream could help.

its probably poinson Ivy or somesort of poison..get it checked out by like a gyno or your PA
