Don't you mean "Why DOES the USA want to rule the world?"
"The USA is finished BECAUSE of Bush."

we are not anywhere near finished.....and we don't, we jsut don't want the world run by murders, rapists, and torturers......unfortuantely, we have some of those here and in the military, it would seem, and they will be dealt with
