That happened to my cell phone also. I took it into the phone store and they checked it out and said it was broken. They didnt elaborate on what was wrong with it. I had had the phone for a few years so I just upgraded to a newer phone.
My Father has the same cell phone and we got them at the same time and his still works good. So it must just be a defect.
Get a new phone is all I can tell you .. but dont get a "Kyrocera" brand of phone. They suck.
There are places that I get no signal on it when other ppl with different phones have lots of signal.

Sometimes when cell phone companies send out their updates to your sim card they miss a few. Call them and bitc*, for lack of better words. They will often offer you a discount because it is, after all, their fault that you do not have service. Quite frankley no one wants to pay for a service they dont have. Call ur carrier and see if this is the problem.

Your phone may be on airplane mode.check your settings and options.and if your a child and you dl pics out of txts or go on the internet it may be infected.or if your a child and you txt too much and dont pay your parents they may have put your phone on lockdown.ask them.if not then take it to a service store.

Well, considering that we are not there your every move or in every place your cell phone is we cant really explain can we? lol. I mean, did you drop it? did it get wet? There's so many possiblities. Maybe it just malfunctioned....Take it an expert or your service provider.....Good Luck. Take care.

If it's still under warranty they should fix or replace it for free. Take it back to where you got it and tell them what's going on.
That's a really weird problem!
Good luck and have a great day!!!

That is usually the phone company's subtle way of embarrassing you if you are slow paying the bill.
Notice that I said 'usual'.
