I met a boy this summer and became friends with him. He sent me a note saying that he was attracted to me but I didn't think much about it untill recently when I reliazed I liked him. Today he told my friend I like her alot. Please give advice on how to tell him without feeling stupid. Thanks

Just give him a call and tell him taht the note you got was so sweet and tell him how much you appreciate it and say it might be cool if you two could get together - talk to him directly though. Just be urself - talk to him like he is a friend(you said he is anyways so that should be kinda easy) - try not to be too nervous but being nervous is ok!! I am sure he is too so he feels just like you - if not more nervous since he has liked you this whole time.
Plus - it is great you were friends first - this is always the best way for a relationship to start because you get closer that way and build respect for one another and that way the relationship and dating part isn't so awkward - just go for it! He will be so happy - you will make his day!

Send him a note. Telling him you received his note and feel the same way. At the end of the note ask him to get together.

being a male I would suggest you just tell him the truth,that you didn't realize you liked him and get started on a wonderful summer,if you tell him something different (a white lie) thats not a good start to a relationship.

i think the best thing to do is the next time when you guys are casually talking and laughing just ask him and if its not the answer you want just tell you were just kidding anyway and quickly change the topic

give him a note. but YOU have to give it to him otherwise if you ask a friend to do it he will think that it is from your friend no matter how many times your friend tells him that it is from you.
