I have the same coloring and I like bronze shadow, or even a gold is nice. I really like MAC shadows, they show up nicely.
i like to just use some shimmery shadow in the middle of my eyelid, put some black eyeliner at the base of my eyelashes, curl my lashes and use black mascara, and then some lip gloss.
Hope this helps!

mascara on top and bottom lashes
clear lipgloss for a simple look
if u wanna go heavy then brown shades of eyeshadow and black eyeliner of top and bottom lid.
you can always use compact powder to even your look and concealer to cover under eye dark circles.

You can go to this website and play with a virtual makeover with all different color combos. Just pick a model that has the same eye color, hair color, and skin tone. Its fun and helpful. Plus it gives you step by step application instructions.

****CONCEALER: Warm concealer on the back of your hand so it will go on smoothly and not cakey. When placing concealer under your eye, remember to gently pat it on because the skin around your eyes is very delicate. If you’re dark around the mouth, use concealer there too.
****FOUNDATION: Wet your foundation sponge with water so the foundation blends better. If you have a foundation stick, place foundation directly on your face and use the sponge to blend. Pat foundation on top of concealer as well so it blends in.
****POWDER: Smother a lighter powder under your eyes. Use a large powder brush to briskly brush away any excess powder.
****BLUSH: Dab blush onto your brush and rub off any excess on the back of your hand. Smile and add blush to the apples of your cheeks.
****EYESHADOW: Reapply your light powder under your eyes to keep eye shadow from falling during application and ruining your concealer. Dab shadow on brush and rub on the back of your hand to get rid of any access. Tilt your head back and look down your nose to clearly see the crease of your eye. Stroke your brush back and forth in that area of the eye to highlight the crease. For a more dramatic look, use your brush and apply brown shadow from the crease of your eye to the side of your nose.
****EYEBROWS: Draw “hair stroke” lines to create a natural looking brow.
****MASCARA: Apply one coat of mascara to both your top and bottom lashes. Gently touch the mascara wand to the skin at the base of your bottom lash to make the mascara look thicker.
****LIPSTICK: Smudge lipstick for a natural look.
****WHITE EYELINER: The best investment for a woman is white eyeliner! It makes you look more perky and awake when you’re tired or sleepy. Use white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid to help define your eyes and make them pop.
