OMG some people have NO taste when it comes to names... why OMG WHY would you name anyone "Carmella"?????? What an ugly name.... Do the poor kid a favor... name her something else...

when my daughter was born, i waited to see what kinda personality she had, so she turned out to be a "Tink" because she reminded me of how cute Tinkerbell was and she has the bluest eyes of any girl i have ever know. so with your daughters name being carmella, you could call her baby or Karma

Mel, like the actress Mel Harris. My Dad prefered hay you for me, but the funny thing about nicknames is that the good ones come naturally. Your a new parent, don't sweat the small stuff.

You can't just come up with a nickname for your daughter from someone else. Wait until you have her and her personality and features will bring you to giveher a nickname.

My daughter has many nicknames...The only one that makes sense is K.E. (Kyra Elizabeth). Other than that we call her LadyBug, Butterbean, MONK MONK as in money, and my bf calls her princess kyra.
