I'm wearing this right now - a short dress and a pair of leggings with ballet flats.

I think it is tacky. I also think cowgirl boots and a skirt is tacky. That style is for little kids. Like the other girls said, that was the style in elementary.

LEGGINGS!!! I love leggings with miniskirts. I think they are so cute. But i don't really think that I would wear the shirt. I am not bold enough. lol =)

i think that legging should be left to the kids. only a few can acutally pull it off.

Its not for everyone. I would think u would need to be on the tall side to pull it off.
