I used to. for 4 years...until this morning when i found quite alot of ebay fees that i did not make. Ebay help was hopeless and said i am responsible for it...like hell.

Consider yourself warned. No more Ebay for me and if you have considered using it..be very cautious.

Be careful sellers. If your CC is compromised, God help you.

Closed my bank account and cancelled my card..because of it all..they will not receive a cent of money that isn't theirs. If they want to sue, then fine.

I try to when they don't suspend my account on a whim for suspected money laundering and then for trying to sell my RHD BMW before I moved abroad...I had to prove I owned the car, easy you would think but not for them, they seem to piss me about at the drop of a hat. And most recently for SHILL BIDDING. I didn't bid on the item involved...account suspended, AGAIN!!! I do buy on there....it's good fun and you can get some great deals...yes some unexpected fees for which my blood is boiling already!!!. They tend to go by guilty until proven innocent. After all they have your money in the bank until you have to bend over backwards to prove who you are...etc... They have got too big for their boots and think they are beyond any criticism. I was a single mother of 2 who went onto ebay for a bit of fun...I feel like frecking Al Capone After any complaint they send you out a survey which I now answer with the utmost derrision... QUESTION. Ebay can shove it up their.

I had the same problem too, somebody else had listed stuff on my account and had a bill of about $300 extra.
If you are sure, talk to the live people on ebay, also there is a conflict resolution area on ebay.
If you have to pay over $ !0- 15 extra, then do all this, otherwise forget it. Also, pay your bills, because, if you are in the US they could put a black mark on your SSN. And otherwise, if you don't pay up you may be allowed to register on ebay on your name again.

eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. I have sold on Ebay before and found it to be a good way of making a little extra money.

I made sure I kept looking at the statements, to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I've never sold anything, but I've bought TONS of stuff. Have had friends that were virtual junkie ebay sellers though...I imagine ebay's grown so much that it's trying to cover its expenses too.

That's why I don't use EBAY. I like Amazon because they take their fee out after, you have been paid. I think EBAY should do this also.

Haven't sold on Ebay but have made many purchases. You are right. You do have to be careful but overall my experiences have been okay. Sorry that yours sucked. If they messed you over, I don't blame you for not sellling on there anymore. Thanks for the heads up.
