leave russia at home, out of the 18 provices in iraq, only four are still giving problems, the other 14 are seeing schools built, roads, power and water plants built, W's allowed the military to do what needed to be done. Despite the demorats best efforts iraq will be a free nation in about a year

Iraqi governmental forces should extend the area of control. Then the coalition can start drawing down forces.
