ok everybody, I keep getting these lists that mean absolutely nothin?

and if its just spam, how come my e-mail address is the only one sent~I mean Im the only one they seem to be sending it out to~isnt spam a thing they send out en-masse to a lot of addresses at the same time?<---------comp illiterate, im learning~~and thankz for the help you guys

This is how spammers work these days. It *looks* as though you are the only one receiving this message, but they could be sending millions out, with each message addressed individually. And they use scripts to just take random bits of language and put them in the email, changing a few words each time. That way, each message "looks" (to the machines that scan for spam) unique.

I wouldn't bother trying to block the domains of the senders, as they forge and change those all the time anyway. Your best bet is to get an email address from an ISP that has good spam protection.

Well, obviously it's spam.
Block this sender; and do not open any mail that comes from an unknown sender. Sometimes emails have "return receipt" responses that let the sender know when they have reached a valid address. If you delete the email without opening it, you have foiled this method of giving yourself spam.

looks like someone bored and wrote a program to do this.

You can report them or add their account to your mail server so it'll reject it.

try to avoid publicly advertising email addresses - these are great tools for spamming a website. Simply use a form instead.
