Give up anything with cows milk in it.

You will find it hard to adjust. But try it for 3 weeks, and you'll see the difference.

Few points you should know.

1. Obviously milk is fattening
2. Don't worry about concerns of lack of calcium. Eat broccoli. You should also know that the calcium in cows milk is not the right calcium for humans. It has no benefit whatsoever. You might think this is rubbish. It's not do some research. Try milsucks.com for a start.
3. For every litre of milk you drink there is 400,000 somatic cells in there if you live in the UK. If you're in america its more like 2 million.
4. Each somatic cell is basically pus from the over milking from the cows udder

Just try it. I gave up milk and all milk derivatives just over 1 month ago and I've lost a stone. Apart fro the fact of not consuming milk products will be enough for you to reconsider what you will eat.

It'll direct you to fruit and veg.

good luck. remember try milksucks.com and be aware of what sh*t our careing government "indirectly" promotes us to consume.

Reduce intake (eat less).

Increase calorie burn rate ( exercise).

The is the ONLY way for substanable weight loss. Next time you see one of those commercials touting some diet pill or supplement or fat burner, etc... watch for the fine print. They will tell you that pill/juice/equipment works best when combined with Diet and Exercise.

DUH... Diet and Exercise will allow you to lose weight.

Get stress in your life...weight slides off. Not the easy route this though! More realistically, I suggest find more interests + keeping busy vs focus on food. Problem with a defined diet plan is you then begin obsessing about food. Get busy in your life, drink lots of water, enjoy yourself, don't consciously diet

Good advice above except the silly one. You must burn more calories than you consume. I'm afraid I just skip lunch - which isn't very healthy. Eat light - fruit, veg and drink plenty of water. I've lost 3 lbs in two weeks. Only 20 lbs to go!

Do a liver cleansing. Mix 1 grapefruit juice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Glug it down, 2days a week and have green apples for snack and simple meals (I have plain congee...)those days. And cut down on fatty stuff that will ruin this ritual!
