I am not presenting evidence here to support my comments, but from very reliable professional sources, there have been numerous unfavorable reports concerning Walmart's dubious business practices. Furthermore, Walmart's alleged unprofessionalism and questionable ethics -- especially at the upper management level -- seem to be rivaled only by that of ADT Security Systems as well as Athletica.

What kind of harrasment?

See, to me it doesn't sound like Walmart is harassing you, but some people who WORK for walmart. You should go to the store manager, and if he doesn't do anything, go to the district manager. Any company as large as Walmart will have antiharassment policies. Trust me, they don't want to get sued. Also, your Manager cannot do anything that could be viewed as reprecussions for speaking up against them.

Why are you asking about suing them? Hopefully you aren't one of those people who have their lawyer on speeddial. You know, the ones who are just looking to cash in and get rich quick off of some small problem that they could have solved easily on thier own?(like the woman who answered before me. Look at what she said, if a lawyer wasn't willing to take her case, chances are there was nothing valid to begin with. Now she's going to try to sue the lawyer, what a joke! I better watch out, she'll probably try to sue me for writing this!)
Walmart hasn't done anything to you, but I'm sure you're smart enough to realize that.

Yes i worked for walmart and they fired me for something i didnt do, i was blamed for harrassment of a friend who was a co-worker, they said i was making fun of the way she talked over the intercom, she was at her sons wedding in Main, they refused to show me the evidence against me because of "confidentiality" but if it were a court of law i would be allowed to see it. what ever i was completely innocent in the whole thing, i even call my friend and apologized to her she had no idea what was going on and she tried to get my job back, come to find out it was one of the fellow CSM's who didnt like me lied and got me fired. but she was stealing money and stuff from the store they new it and never did anything about it. then they fired her, and gave her the same job back, now i can not get a job back there or at any walmart. i dont have a harrassing bone in my body. i like everybody and i work hard. so they will loose in the end. Wal-Marts sucks i wont even shop there anymore because of them and what they did to me. I even sought a lawyer to take the case they refused to do it, i called the main office they refused to talk to me, so i reported them to the better business beruo, i also contacted the labor department in my state. they did nothing. but good luck

My fiance worked for them. He was sexually harrassed by a gay manager (even after he told this guy he wasn't gay, the guy got his phone number somehow and left crazy messages on his phone). He reported it and it was swept under the rug.

I think if you have proof that the person is harrassing you (i.e. messages, letters, etc) and proof that you have reported it and nothing was done about it you could successfully sue them.

If you have proof and threaten a lawsuit you they might give you a monetary settlement to get rid of you.
