You see guy was sweet at first but now hes like the devil. I cant stand him anymore he yells all the time, if i dont tell him what im doing. He always asking me to do things for him, and just recently started helping with his baby. now he got kickout of his house and wants me to move with him, he says he cant wait to get out of his house. I told him so many times that i dont want to move because its not working out, then he calls me names and treats me bad. If i brake up with him he tries to take the baby away from me. I dont know what to do anymore, I just cant be with some one that tries to put me down and treat me like the way he does, and to make me feel even "better" he says that everything is my fault.

Get yourself a good lawyer. Don't let him intimidate you! He wants you to be afraid. Don't let him bully you into thinking he will take the baby from you. The last thing he wants is total responsibility of his baby, believe me. He's too immature to handle that.

He cannot take the child, especially since you do not live together. No judge in their right mind would allow it. Get a lawyer or go to legal aid if need be. Stay away from this fool and let the courts deal with him.

Keep a written log of all the bad stuff he does, get a lawyer, and get rid of this dog. Courts usually side with a babies mother, unless there is something bad to stop them. Don't let this guy push you around and scare you, take charge and GET RID of him!

He CAN"T take the baby. Empty threats. You take the baby and either file a restraining order, or go to a Woman's shelter. You don't need to take this crap in this day and age. Find someone else who is better. They're out there.

Obviously, he's a bit unstable. So I don't think you have to worry about him taking your baby away from you. Call the cops everytime he acts like that. Cops where I live, ignore that stuff, but hopefully, they are better where you live.

take him to court no need for the child to be hurt by all of this , get full custody and take an order protection on him.Your child comes first always remeber that dont let him run your life forever. take charge show him it stops here.

been there, stayed with him because i was afraid of him taking my kid, three years and another kid later....he still treats me like crap, and then cheats on me...GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. he will say anything to keep you, you are his security, and so is his kid, which he is using against you to somehow make you feel like you have to stay (which is very selfish i would say of a father).
go get legal advice, see what your best options are, and don't go back to him.

He cant take your child as long as you are a fit mother....LEAVE HIM...just take the baby when he isnt home and get out of there...Go to court and get help...

he can't take away the baby unless you want him to, its a crime. leave him and find a new man.
