Theres this song with a guy on a beach. Do you know what is it called?

I remember is being on either Vh1 i love the 80s or nineties. The song sounds like a ghost and it shows a guy on a beach. The whole music video was in black and white. The people on the show was making fun of the song. Lol. I remember the song being popular once!

that's all they do in those shows...I'm sorry I can't think of the song either.
