you here your young daughter( preteen) screeming,,you run to where she is and find her being raped,sexually assaulted,and SEVERELY beaten !!! the guy is a teenager or older,but you are capable of doing whatever you want to him !!! in the first split second do you

d--hold him and call the police
e--let him go to trial and get a slap on the wrist

I would kill him. I was molested by a teacher when I was in second grade and all he got was a promotion so he would not be around kids anymore...oh and he had to uproot his life and move to a new town so no one would know him... poor guy *rolling my eyes* and what I got was years of nightmares.. lack of trust in anyone I ever met and bad grades for years... the system does not work its a freaking joke i could not live with the thought of him ever enjoying another second of life while my daughter suffered from what he had done.

Well, since I am an emotional woman to begin with, I unfortunatley would kill him. I know that if I had a steady mind and could rationalize under that circumstance, I should bind him and call the police. However, I am not the most rational woman in the world, and I am a VERY VERY protective Mother. So I would probably end up doing a or b, but I know that while sitting right here with my children safe I should do D. Hold him and call the cops.

C. Killing him wouldn't give him the chance to beg for his life, almost killing him gives him cushy hospital stay while awaiting trial, holding him and calling the popo? After I beat the sh it out of him and trial, yes he will go to trial but most rapist have done it before so I would spend every bit of time and money I had to bring forward everyone he ever hurt, ever harassed, every scorned girlfriend, diminish his character and have it made into a movie so if he did get out with a slap on the wrist he can expect to never have a good wife, a family life or a job that doesn't require non skid shoes for the greasy floors.

I'm afraid the answer in my case would be "A".
In my state (Texas) deadly force is justifiable to stop a rape as well as to stop any sort of physical assault that would result in severe bodily harm (that would be the severely beaten part of your description).
Unfortunately, even though the action would be clearly justified under the law, there would still be the possibility of a grand jury and the possibility (slim that it might be) that some legal eagle would convince the judges that the motivation for killing him was something other than the defense of the victim (like revenge).

you gotta call the police- hopefully though, and FIRST, save the victim before the trauma is any worse- pepper spray is a good idea a camera phone might be handy- the guy will struggle to get away- you could get hurt-
so save the victim first then bust the creep- you will probably know who it is- that makes it tough, but you HAVE to turn him in- that behaviour is TOTALLY unnacceptable. Often the predators know thier victims- but you must stop the cycle of abuse -
if you kill the guy- then you will have commited a worse crime, and made a victim out of a criminal- although tempting, don't go there...just do what is right.

If the daughter has been been seriously injured and he can be safely executed, shoot him to death. Then take the remains to a remote desert location for disposal, burn first then bury.
If the daughter has not been seriously injured, pistol whip him to unconsciousness, then shoot him in the gonads, then drive him to the desert, execute him and destroy the remains as above.
Under no circumstances should you hold him and turn him in. He could overpower you and escape. Again the last option is no good. We need to start altering behavior by stamping out the gene pool.

my cuz was moledsted by an adult and he is still in prison! so i can't agree with Letter E But i do strongly agree with killing him! not that i would maybe beat the living hell out of him! yeah i would keep him a live but beaten badly and let him go to prison!!! A lot of daddyes are in prison... they don't like people who rape daddies little girl!!! he will get the same in return!!!
But i still feel death for that man or person should go... wait only if an adult! and i walked in on it!

I would kill his sorry ***.My opinion is that i would be a **** poor excuse of a man if i didn't.I would probably go to prison, but i hear the food is better than it was back in the day when i frequented such places.

I'd kill him. No problem. If I caught him in the act and he was in the process of hurting my loved one.. .he's a dead man. Also, this would be considered a type of self defense and I would be acquited of any charges.
Now... if I found out afterwards... well... the police better catch him before I did.

Beat him to an inch of his life. Lock him in a closet or in the basement and do it every day until I get tired of it! Which would be never!!
