According to most scientific sources, not likely. Your saliva, which has digestive qualities, plus the very small amount of time semen lives outside of the body adds up to not much viable virus.
However, as with all other sex, it is best to take precautions so that you don't have to worry about STDs in general. There are other things that you CAN get from oral sex! So use a condom even with oral sex to be protected whether giving or receiving.

I've heard that the virus dies upon contact with air, and as the semen has to travel through air to get to your mouth, i'd assume you couldn't, unless you have a cut or other wound which has a passage into the bloodstream. I would, however, take all necessary precautions with anyone who has been infected with AIDs or any other STIs

Yes, if you have a sore or cut in your mouth. Go to a clinic and tell them you may have been infected, they will give you a cocktail that reduces the risk of HIV infection, then get tested in 3 weeks.

Yes and you can get it by not swallowing. If a person has aids they can transfer it through a cut on their penis to a cut in your mouth.

Not really...the danger is so small that it isn't worth worrying about. I suggest you do NOT floss your teeth prior to a hot date, but other than that, forget about it. The unbroken mucous membranes of the mouth are not a place the HIV virus can hook onto easily...so I wouldn't worry about it. In fact, there are no real confirmed cases of HIV orally....those who say they got HIV in that manner were later proved to have ... perhaps lied...about their sexual practices. Good luck

Try spell check.
Is it worth the chance of not taking precautions to find out that the virus can live in your saliva? Practice safer sex.

Probably* not.
* It is theoretically possible but there is no credible scientific evidence that it has actually happened. Not once. You would be better off worrying about being struck by lightning or being bitten by a shark.
