it sounds like all the females in your mother and aunt's blood line are at a higher risk of having twins. twins happen two different ways... when you ovulate more than one egg is released resulting in non-identical twins OR one egg is released and for unknown reasons it splits causing identical twins.

Because they were not born it is impossible to know for sure. Only fraternal twins matter on a women's side. That means 2 separate eggs are released and made into babies. Identical twins there is a debate. But general thought it that they come from the males side and caused by an enzyme in the sperm.

Any female in a family that has twins (as long as she is blood related) could have twins. It's *usually* a genetic gene in women who have identical twins... faternal twins can happen to anyone (doesn't have to run in the family... just two eggs happen to go down together)

There are 2 ways you can get twins:
1.) Your body releases two eggs and they both get fertilized.
2.) 1 egg splits into 2 early in the development.

I've heard it skips a generation. So that would make it your daughter would be more likely to have twins. Though its possible that anyone could have twins.
