well it might not be your period . Usually when i woman girl first has sex you bleed . what i can tell you is take some midol and put an ice pack down there thats what they do to mothers when they have babies sometimes.

Its not unusual to feel discomfort in that region after having sex for the first time. It might depend on how large your partner was, and also how careful he was. If he was a bit rough (unintentionally) in his technique that might have made it worse.

I would suggest that if in a couple of days things haven't settled down a lot and you feel much more comfortable, you should go along to your doctor and get checked out. However, are you certain that it is your period that has started? Could it possibly be bleeding from damage caused during sex? If you are not really certain that it is your period, then get to a doctor now.

Because your hymen was broken, that is a protective skin that shows your are virgin, that is usually broken the first time you have sex. I am sure 50 other women have told you the same, in addition to that you may have been tense, and your body was resistant to the actual sex act, which would have added to the problem to still make you sore the day after.

The first time it hurts and it will hurt for the next few days. Also its normal to bleed when you loose your virginity so the blood may be from that. That's normal. Just make sure you ALWAYS use protection from now on when you have sex. Birth control pills are good but they still do not prevent you from getting STD. So always use a condom.

I hope you are on the pill if not its baby time. The male sperm can live up to 7 day in a female body. Did your lover tell you about that. I do hope that you picked out a name and are prepared for this special even..............

Hello, it was your first time. It wasn't going to be pleasant. It will get easier and feel better with time. Sex is new thing for your body to experience, take it slow.

It hurts most women the first time that they have sex because it breaks your hymen that's why it hurts. The first time I had sex it hurt me really bad. So your normal.

find a decent considerate lover who knows what he is doing

you need to be extremely well lubricated prior to any penetration and completely relaxed

i hope you do not have any vaginal tears - if so these need medical attention
