I think it is the best invention ever, and miss it when I visit relatives.

I can no longer watch TV without it. I'm always wanting to skip thru commercials, pause the program, or rewind over a section. It's very frustrating now not to be able to do that. This is to say nothing of the convenience of recording shows and finding recorded shows compared to VCR days.

i love it. i don't have to live my life around the scheduled show times. i watch it when I'm ready and in less the time. much more efficient. less time wasted and more time being productive.
