Ca anyone recommend a good, up to date Noam Chomsky book to read. One that can give me a good idea of his views generally.

I cant remember the name of the book...but it was the one where he sat in the front garden of a council house in Basildon, wearing a little red pointy hat, blue trousers and had a fishing rod with no line.
