Look for someone that has not been in the public eye for about 10 years. A lot of them have websites and they will actully write back to you if you send them a nice email or post something nice on their website forum area. Ask them to send you a note back. Pick people you really like and let them know that you liked their work and ask them what they are up to now or planning in the future. Be sure to tell them that you look forward to getting a real email back from them because you don't like how people today don't talk directly to their fans. Be nice. Be honest and only contact someone that you really want to talk with. Make sure your note isn't just one sentence, give it some interest and they will notice you. It works. I have corresponded with and met some very nice people and that is what it comes down to is they are people just like you and I and they like being treated nice and when people are interested in them and their craft.

An agent or a public relation manager .... of the concerned celebrity, usually they are the ones who deal with those sort of issues. Try to write on the celebrities "official website"...that`s one place u stand a better chance.

I would think you could try to locate their website and they would have contact information on there??? Like an address or contact info for their agent?

if they are on a telvision show, write to the studio or on the website. Movies, probably a website. actually, I would look up the stars name under Yahoo and see what comes up for the stars website.

hire a private investigator and stalk them, find their adress and go ovver to visit is always good too, try using the back door and don't let anyone see you. Take pic then post them on here for our entertainment too!
NOw you might go to jail for this, but it's ok, I bet you'll get to see them again in court too!

if you go to the bakc few pages of really young teen-bop magazines like bop, tiger beat, those ones..
then tehre will be a whole long list of different stars adn a place you can send letters to. it has bigger actors adn acctresses that apeal to a younger age group... like actresses like lindsy lohan and hillary duff. adn actors like drake bell and the harry potter guy... i cna't remember his name... even though i know it...
