I feel sorry for you. When I used to go with my family to visit my dad's sister, there was one tv that the kids watched, no transportation and no stores nearby, nothing to do and I hated it. I would have rather stayed at home. Is there any way you can talk with friends on the phone or have a friend come with you.

How old is grandma? Maybe you can play games with her or meet kids in her neighborhood. See if grandma has some odd jobs you can do for her to make some cash?

Do know that old people can be very interesting. Try talking with them, you'd be amazed at the stories they tell. It's a different age and time, like going back in time.
If that doesn't work, you can take books to read.

Get a job, unless you are too young to get a job, then stop complaining because someday you will have a job and long for the summers you spent at grandma's doin' nothin'.

Be thankful you have a grandma to visit. Bring a book. Help your grandma with chores. Take a walk.

There must be some things you can do, in Grandma's city. You could read, or play games- online (such as cake mania) or off line. You could even read, or write to your pen pals.
