I love my horses.
Ever since I was 10 when I got my first horse (who I still have today), I can go out there and brush on her. It is like a special therapy when I am sad and upset. She has this way of making me feel better and giving me answers with out even telling me.
When I breed my mare and watching her grow. I felt like I was a mom too. Watched her altrasound and seen her grow. I was right there when she gave birth to my colt, now 6 year old gelding. Made it even more special just being there. I was the only one my mare allowed to be there. Anyone else she would be upset, so I made them leave.
With my 29 year old gelding, he is my old man. He is funny to watch since he thinks he is "all that" with the mares. Such a sweet heart.
When ever I had a broken heart from a guy, I know I can depend on my male and female horses to comfort me and not judge me. Of course they gave me problems, but that is what makes you a true owner and rider when you fix those problems, no matter how hard.
My horses were not always a 1st place horse in shows, but I love them as they are 1st place in my eyes. I have alot of fun with them and they sure don't like to be calm. That gives them and me a sense of adventure and makes owning a horse more joyful.

Because they are big and smart, and they make really cool noises. They are good to pet and enjoy the company of people or other horses. Watching two horses nuzzle each other is so great. They each have their own additude. They come in all different shapes sizes and colors. Well then you also can ride them, so they are a means of transportation if needed.
They are just a great all around animal, but too much work for me right now.

Yes I have 4 I love horses because when i ride it feels like freedom especially when you know how to ride I am an eqeastrian jumper and a barrel racer I have had horses all my life and will never give that up! i also love horses because they are not to only ride but to be a partner a friend forever to! If there is something you are scared to tell somebody about they are always there and they listen! I love Shiloh and Smokey And Dottie And Bar!

Yes! They are not only beautiful and intelligent, but they want to make you happy. I had horses for years, and they were members of the family. They all had different personalities. They were playful and fun to be around. I hope someday soon I can afford a big enough piece of land to have a few!

i LOVE horses! u can tell them anything. they seem to understand u and they trust u. u can go out on a trail ride with them and just be in peace. when u wake up in the morning and feed them they great u and they seem to be happy all the time, or most. horses are special animals and they can make a best friend.

no. they kick, and smell and bite. A horse kicked me on the thigh for no reason on a friends farm, so hard that it knocked me over and left a horseshoe-shaped bruise. They smell yucky, and they snap at you. And most important, if that stupid horse had kicked me half a foot higher, the ugly brute could have sterilized me!

Yes i love horses i love my horses and i just think it stupid to do jumping and stuff like that or show horses my horse are for rodeo but we keep them in good shape and also groomed good but not to be shown thats dumb

i dont have a horse saddly. but i spend a lot of time around them. For the last year or so i have been saving up money but i am only half way there! They are so beatiful. They are intelligent. They also make good company for someone who is alone. My uncle lets me ride his and she is so playful and when i ride i feel like i can glide right off the ground! i felt like i could fly. she is so fun to ride. her name is lucky. and she is so lovable. this summer i spent tones of time reading to her. and i feel like she responds. good luck!

I love horses. They are calm, and relaxing creatures. I love riding on them. They are so fun to play with, care for, and love. I love riding on them and letting the wind rush through my hair. They are very gentle creatures. I believe they should not be put in shows, but for us humans to love and care for them.
That is why I love horses.

well i like horses becuase i use to train them for competitions. seeing them run through the course getting faster and faster and than watching them out on the open running with no cares in the world. and than when u ride them in the open you dont have to worry you feel alone with them and somehow ONE with them
