These people that act as if they have life down to a T just crack me up.

I can't say I do. But I've kinda figured out (since my best friend is one of them!) that most of those people really don't, they just act that way because they think thats what the world want to see! not there Real! life thats just like anybody elses or worse!

I think I've finally reached about 90% of what is even POSSIBLE to have together. It's taken me years, though, of wandering around lost. Nobody is screaming for money I haven't paid them, my phone isn't being threatened with disconnection every other month, my kids are grown and really great people to know, I am married happily, I'm past the point where I think I have to party every weekend, I'm not addicted to drugs or alcohol - we will NOT discuss my smoking habit - I don't fight with my neighbors... in other words, things are good. While I won't claim to have it all down to "T" I think I've worked out the worst of the kinks, and for the most part I DO believe I've got it together. I'm sorry to hear that you resent people who feel that way, because this is the product of a lot of work and effort on my part.

well I am working on keeping my life together..I got my boys and I away from an abusive life a year and a half ago...we are on the right track with a new beginning and a new life..we have had a lot of bumpy roads or rough things we have gone through...things are not perfect, but I don't expect them to be, but at least I have me and my boys safe, and moving towards life with a positive look, I (the single mother of 4 boys) am going to going to school this fall and find me a job so I can support me and my boys. So can honestly say I am trying to keep things together..

Do I have a job that I like? Yes
Are my children fed, safe, and educated? Yes
Is my fridge full? Yes
Do I have access to anything I really need? Yes
Do I go out and behave badly in order to have everything taken from me? No

So in answer to your question - yes, I think I do.

I definitely don't have it all together. I don't want to really and I don't know why. I guess it would be boring and I'd start to act like an @$$.
