Form first, but then I look at the substance, but overall in the long run substance.

Well, I think the substance can define the form to an extent...
Substance is what matters most, but Form is definitely more in-your-face.

After 36 years in industry, you learn to look past the window dressing and BS. I don't care if you have a $1,000 suit on (besides I couldn't tell the difference between that and JCPenny). I listen for substance not a long list of buzz words. The same things carry over to my personal life.

I guess I always look at the form first, can't help it, I'm human, it doesn't takeme long to see the true substance of them though

I have to have some kind of brain power to work with or I get bored real fast.
But if someone is sweet and has a nice smile I might stick with it for awhile.
Everyone has substance of some sort. Mine just doesn't jive with Nascar.
