Best thing you can do is Load up some maps on forge or custom games and explore them. Find all the hidden weapons, best spots, glitches and areas to give you an advantage.

You could also watch some youtube videos for best spots and how to do glitches.

best thing you could do is to always keep moving in battles because that makes you hard to hit.
try throwing a grenade just before you die and there is a 50/50 chance you will get a kill.
learn to crouch jump ( you can learn from youtube).
use your armor abilitys efficiently to get the most out of them.
